This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 15 contact hours (1.5 CEU) of live AAFP/AMA PRA Category 1™, ACPE, and pharmacology CE/ CME credit.

Session 1: Updates in the Screening and Treatment of Cancer for the Primary Care Provider (5 Contact Hours)

Session 2: The Expanding Role of Biologics and Biosimilars (2.5 Contact Hours)

Session 3: Review of the New ADA Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes 2019: Emphasizing Newer Medications and Cardiovascular Outcomes (5 Contact Hours)

Session 4: Review of the New ADA Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes 2019: Incorporating Technology into the Management of Patients with Type 1 and 2 Diabetes (2.5 Contact Hours)

Physicians: Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
