Who Should Attend This Behavioral Health Event
Many centers have closed due to the major changes in our industry. What they all had in common was they operated with laziare faire business and marketing strategies. They refused to implement new strategies and get educated on the big picture. This conference is for treatment centers, sober homes private clinicians and sales/service organizations. The following categories of addiction professionals will benefit from the event:
- Billing and utilization review professionals
Get Educated on Ethical and Proven Marketing Strategies
Many addiction treatment centers have poor marketing strategies in place. They are relying on “boots on the ground” and Legit Script as their main marketing mix. Their electronic assets have been wasting valuable marketing dollars. These are all the same things the centers that closed had in common.
Drug rehabs across the nation have websites that are not developed for web marketing. The website structure and drug rehab SEO are leaking dollars. This is preventing them from ranking on page one of Google organically. The first three organic slots and the Google Maps account for 60-70% of click-throughs on page one. Google AdWords and PPC only account for 1.81% of page one click-throughs. Also, consider over 80% of searchers don’t go past the first page.
Substance Abuse Billing Accounts for 20-30% of Lost Revenue
Substance abuse billing is a complicated process that is oversimplified. Many centers think they have this under control. We are in a new era with many difficult changes in our industry. Insurance companies are playing games with behavioral health organizations. This addiction conference will provide the tools to effectively get what is owed to them. Behavioral Health Network Resources recommends that all center reevaluate all of their sales/service providers every year. This evaluation saves $100,000’s by revealing several different aspects.
- uncovers new up to date techniques
- keeps your current provider honest
- educates operators
- reveals areas of lost revenue
Having multiple companies examine your specific situations reveals many solutions. We have been educating centers to evaluate service organizations with our drug rehab vendors page. We drive treatment centers to this page an educate them on why they need to do this.
Learn Blog Writing Strategies That Get on Page One of Google
Many drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers and sales/service organization have poor blogs. This addiction conference will provide education on effective drug rehab SEO blog writing. A blog is your most valuable marketing asset next to a properly structured website. Blogs in our industry have many common mistakes:
- Poor content
- Lack of long-form content
- No H Tags
- Poor H Tags
- No pictures
- Pictures, not geotagged
- ALT tags not filled out
- Not longtailed keyworded for SEO
- URL’s don’t have keyword
- No SERP descriptions
- orphaned posts
- No interlinking of posts and web pages
The addiction conference EMP series event will address these issues and educate on what to look for in blog posts. A blog is not a necessary evil in the marketing mix. It is the most powerful tool is you generate long-form content that is attracting and engaging. It must also have proper drug rehab SEO back with a structurally correct website.
Tools for Outreach Professional
Outreach professionals in our industry have a tough job. Many centers do not provide tools for their outreach staff. They are just relying on referrals from other centers and difficult relationship building for referral sources. In the new landscape addiction treatment center also need to provide referral streams for their outreach departments. This means taking a look at the electronic assets to start ranking on Google. In addition, they should be generating leads from social media. Are you;
- ranking on page one of Google for long tail keywords?
- getting views and conversions from the blog?
- providing LinkedIn training to Outreach to establish new relationships?
- providing ways for them to establish new relationships? One way to help is to have them get involved with these top 60 addiction groups on social media with over 210,000 members.
- monitoring the calls that are being generated?
- attached to Google My business? And if so, how many views and phone calls are being generated?
- H Tag friendly? Have you had an H Tag audit?
These are just some of the areas to look at to support Outreach staff. It takes $20,000 to replace your Outreach staff. The time used by staff to rehire. A week, if they’re lucky to train. It takes months for them to get learn the services a center provides. This goes the same for their book of business. This 90-day revolving door could be stopped with more effective marketing and business strategies.
Get the Business and Marketing Intel to Survive the Changes in Behavioral Health
Poor business and marketing strategies under the new landscape will not cut it. The new operational laws, insurance company games and poor web marketing put centers at great risk. Learning from addiction executive thought leaders is paramount. These industry leaders are providing proven strategies. Many centers have paid for marketing that hasn’t worked. This is due to a lack of education on what needs to be done.
