One Day of Cardiotocography by MCA Scientific Events
One Day of Cardiotocography is organized by MCA Scientific Events and will be held on Feb 23, 2018 at Institute of the Innocents, Florence, Firenze, Italy.
The course aims to provide updated and complete information on the subject of cardiotocography starting from the pathophysiology of the elements that characterize the path up to the clinical management of the anomalies that characterize it. The procedures for the so-called "in utero reanimation" will be explained, that is the conservative treatment of cardiotocographic abnormalities and those related to cardiotocographic emergencies that foresee the fastest subtraction of the fetus to the risk of acidosis.
The Clarity will be made in terms of classifications of the cardiotocographic path, both comparing the peculiarities of the various international guidelines currently in use, and exposing the recent Italian classification born under the aegis of SIGO. Particular emphasis will be given to the problem, always open, of the mode of surveillance of fetal well-being during the induction of labor with prostaglandins with the aim of providing the basis for an Italian consensus. Finally, the medical-legal problem that often is associated with the cardiotocography issue will not be left out and will be treated pro-actively, not from a judicial point of view but from a clinical point of view. The presence of many of the major national and international experts who deal with the topic sets the basis for a profitable and interesting course.
