Intended Audience :
This activity is intended for vascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and interventional radiologists looking to expand their hands-on experience in the treatment of peripheral arterial disease and AV access.

The Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning designates this live activity for a maximum of 16 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Program Description :
This series is designed to provide physicians with hands-on training in all aspects of managing peripheral arterial disease and AV access, including both diagnosis and treatment. Approved attendees will be trained for a two-day program under the direct supervision of the program faculty at the program site. Attendees can expect to gain exposure to atherectomy, CTO crossing strategies, stenting, and AV access to address the ongoing educational needs of the intended audience.
Conference Objectives are :
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Evaluate devices for maintaining access in patients with renal disease
• Perform arteriovenous fistula and graft surgeries and ensure maintenance
• Demonstrate endovascular thrombectomy techniques
• Evaluate and create proper dialysis access and patient management
