DDSEP 8 - Chapter 8 - Digestive Health and Diseases in Women is organized by American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and will be held from Jun 13, 2018 - Apr 01, 2019.
The target audience for this medical event is gastroenterologists, GI fellows, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health-care professionals who treat GI disorders. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 6 CME/MOC Credits.
Learners will be able to review the differences in sex-based biology and the effects of hormones on the GI tract as it pertains to women, who represent a distinct group of GI and hepatobiliary patients with unique disease presentation and management. The effector pregnancy on disease presentation are also discussed.
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 6 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC points.
