Body and Pelvic MR Course is organized by American College of Radiology (ACR) and would be held during Oct 13 - 15, 2017 at ACR Education Center, Reston, Virginia, United States of America.
This Course will focus on the most common current indications for abdominal Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the liver, pancreas and the kidneys. It is aimed to help a range of radiologists, from the general radiology practitioner to the moderately advanced MRI expert.
• Develop expertise in the methods for acquiring a comprehensive examination within a 20 min scan time
• Understand the rationale for the acquisition methods: which acquisition shows specific aspects of particular pathologies
• Develop expertise in the diagnostic evaluation of a range of liver tumors and diffuse liver disease, gall bladder and diseases of the bile ducts, pancreatic malignancies and diffuse pancreatic disease, and renal malignancies, and abdominal vascular, retroperitoneal and peritoneal disease.
This course will offer the optional Workstation Refresher session at 7:00am on the first day of the course. Those who attend this session will receive one additional CME credit.
