Artifacts and Physics in Daily Imaging : A Case-Based Approach Online Course is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and would be held during Jul 13, 2015 - Jul 12, 2018.
This unique Online Course is presented in case-based format and provides knowledge you can use in your daily practice. Not only will you learn to detect and assess artifacts in ultrasound, MRI, CT, and nuclear medicine, but you will also understand the physics principles causing the artifacts and know imaging techniques that correct them.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to detect and assess artifacts in US, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and CT; demonstrate knowledge of the physics principles causing the artifacts; identify techniques that correct the artifacts; and discuss the general physics principles utilized in US, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and CT.
