Activity Objectives:

Hyperechoic Lesions of the Breast: Radiologic-Histopathologic Correlation: Self-Assessment Module is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and will be held during Apr 23, 2013 - Apr 22, 2019.

The target audience for this medical event is readers of the AJR, radiologists, radiologists-in-training, and other health professionals with an interest in clinical and imaging characteristics and management of hyperechoic lesions of the breast. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).

Conference Objectives are :
• List the benign and malignant tumors in the breast that manifest as hyperechoic masses on Sonography.
• Describe the radiologic features of these conditions to establish the appropriate differential diagnosis.
• Recognize the importance of correlating the multimodality imaging findings with the histopathologic features for appropriate clinical management.
• Recognize when biopsy is necessary to establish a diagnosis.
