Activity Objectives:

Acute Cholecystitis: Do Sonographic Findings and WBC Count Predict Gangrenous Changes?: Self-Assessment Module is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and will be held during Jan 23, 2013 - Jan 22, 2019.

The target audience for this medical event is readers of the AJR, radiologists, radiologists-in-training, and other health professionals with an interest in using ultrasound to diagnose acute cholecystitis especially in severe cases in which gangrenous changes are present. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).

Conference Objectives are :
• Recognize the essential features of gangrenous cholecystitis on ultrasound.
• Appropriately use sonographic features and WBC count to diagnose gangrenous cholecystitis.
