Multiple Detector Computed Tomography (MDCT) Evaluation of Postoperative Aortic Root Pseudoaneurysms: Imaging Pearls and Pitfalls is organized by American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and will be held during Jun 25, 2012 - Jun 24, 2018.
The target audience for this medical event is readers of the AJR, radiologists, radiologists-in-training, and other health professionals with an interest in CT imaging of postoperative aortic root pseudoaneurysms. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Objectives are :
• Identify the most common location of postoperative aortic root aneurysm at the graft anastomosis site; perform imaging with ECG gating using multiplanar and 3D reconstruction to improve visualization of aortic root aneurysm and critical structures, such as the aortic valve and coronary artery ostia; and
• Describe the location of the pseudoaneurysm in relation to the aortic graft, aortic valve, coronary artery ostia, and sternum to assist in surgical planning.
Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
